2D to 3D

On the next design I’m focused on creating a lightweight metal frame. I started with sketches and progressed to CAD modeling, experimenting with variations optimal function.

After refining my concept and reviewing blueprints for a proper optical fit, we moved on to rapid prototyping. 3D-printed samples were tested on various faces, leading to final revisions before casting and molding.
