Creative process

From simulation to fabrication,

I began by sketching out some simple lens shapes and gestures. my focus is to express new forms that fit the general proportions of the human face. Majority of my time was spent experimenting with variations sketches

Once I settled on a concept to refine, I reviewed the blueprints and make my revisions. During this process, my primary focus is scaling the frame for a proper optical fit and stress-testing the frame's integrity.

Next, we moved on to rapid prototyping, where 3D-printed samples are tested and fitted on a variety of faces. Once the final revisions are made, I began casting and molding. Stay tuned to see more of our creative process.
